I started my healing career as a Nurse, training in Oxford from 1976 - 1979.
I worked mainly in elderly care and as a community nurse in between becoming a military wife, raising a family and regularly moving house - both in this country and abroad.

Alongside my experience in conventional medicine, I have always had an interest in natural healing methods and have studied and become experienced with a variety of different therapies over the past 20 years.
I now have a passion for helping people to heal naturally wherever possible.

I founded my Complementary Therapy business in 1997 whilst continuing to work as a nurse until 2003, when my therapy work became so much in demand that I decided to focus solely on this.

I firmly believe in 'integrated medicine' and that Complementary Therapies have a wonderful part to play in the healing process and in helping us to maintain optimal health and well being. They are not however a substitute for conventional medical care and you may find me advising you to see your GP as well if I feel you should.
There are no 'set rules' with Complementary Therapies - they are there for when you need a bit of extra help, and I am able to provide a variety of skills to target specific individual needs and help achieve the best results for you.

In 2017 I undertook a trek to Everest Base Camp and using my therapy skills was able to help both myself and my team mates with various aches, pains and injuries during our training walks and with Altitude Sickness during the trek.

Being able to help everyone from newborns to the elderly by providing this form of health care gives me great pleasure. I have both regular clients and those I just see from time to time. I enjoy working with each
individual client to achieve the best outcome for them.
